  • макаронные изделия – 400 г;
  • томатная паста – 3 ст.л.;
  • говяжий фарш – 400 г;
  • томаты – 5 шт.;
  • репчатый лук – 1 головка;
  • сливочное масло – 60 г;
  • растительное масло – 20 мл;
  • вода – 30 мл;

90000 Easy Ground Beef Tacos — Spend With Pennies 90001 90002 90002 90004 90005 90006 Ground Beef Tacos 90007 are the perfect dish for easy weeknight dinners. This quick taco recipe is not only tasty but it uses spices you likely have on hand! 90008 90009
90004 Add your favorite toppings like guacamole and pico de gallo and serve in soft or crisp taco shells (or add the taco meat to lettuce for an easy taco salad)! 90009
90004 90013 90009
90015 Quick Beef Tacos 90016
90004 Traditional Mexican tacos are one of my all time favorite foods and the thing I search out the minute I land in Mexico! I often fill them with either carnitas or salsa crockpot chicken but when I’m home we make ground beef tacos! 90009
90004 Tacos are a terrific way to stretch your meal budget.For a family of four or five, you can get by with just a pound of ground beef. 90009
90004 90006 How Much Ground Beef Per Person for Tacos? 90007 Considering that it takes 2 ounces of filling max, per shell (about 4 tablespoons, or ¼ of a cup), a single pound can make up to eight tacos. If you add diced onion, Mexican Rice, beans or other fillings, you could make a pound of taco meat stretch even more. 90009

90015 Favorite Taco Seasoning 90016
90004 The great thing about tacos is that you can whip up a big batch of homemade taco seasoning to have on hand for a quick meal and it’s the perfect way to season homemade taco meat! 90009
90004 Taco seasoning is a mélange of classic Mexican herbs and spices (and you can add a little heat if you’d like).Ingredients include chili powder, garlic and onion powders, ground cumin, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. If you are short on time, use prepared taco seasoning. 90009
90015 Toppings for Tacos 90016
90004 Fill the warm shells with meat and serve with your choice of toppings. Wondering what to serve with tacos? An array of toppings including shredded cheese, diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Sour cream and guacamole, sliced jalapenos and salsa are also great on ground beef tacos.Cilantro, olives … the sky’s the limit! 90009

90015 How to Make Tacos 90016
90004 Ground beef tacos are super simple, especially if you make your taco seasoning in advance. Tacos are literally as easy as 1,2,3 !! 90009
90049
90050 90006 Brown Beef: 90007 Brown the ground beef over medium-high heat (I sometimes add diced onion and garlic too). I like to use a lean (but not extra lean) beef (85/15) to get a bit of flavor from the fat.Drain any fat before adding seasonings. 90053
90050 90006 Add Seasoning: 90007 Add the tomato paste, water and taco seasonings, and simmer until thickened. The water rehydrates the spices and allows the sauce to coat every morsel of the meat. 90053
90050 90006 Heat Taco Shells: 90007 Hard shells should go in the oven (to make them crisp and warm) and soft shells can be cooked either in the oven or microwave. 90053
90062
90004 You can also serve this over a bed of lettuce to make a great Taco Salad! 90009
90004 90066 90066 90009
90015 To Make Tacos Ahead of Time 90016
90004 You can definitely make taco filling ahead of time! It will keep in the freezer for up to four months, or in the refrigerator for up to four days! 90009
90004 90006 Batch Cook: 90007 A good way to make use of those family packs of ground beef is to batch cook taco meat.You can prepare several pounds at once and freeze what you do not use. 90009
90004 90006 Freeze: 90007 Separate into freezer bags or containers, and you’ll have taco filling at your fingertips. I do some single portions for lunches and some family sized portions. 90009
90004 90006 Reheat: 90007 Reheat the meat in a frying pan (add a splash of water so it does not dry out) or in the microwave. Frozen taco meat makes a great (and super easy) Taco Soup as well! 90009

.90000 Ground Beef Tacos — Our Favorite Ground Beef Tacos 90001 90002 by 90003 Jessica 90002 on 90003 January 25, 2019 59 90006 I have ground beef tacos for us that can come together in about 15 minutes. 90007 90006 90009 90009 90007 90006 Seriously, cue all the exclamation points! 90007 90006 Our favorite seasoned ground beef for tacos is here! This is what I prep on super busy weeknights — and I even prep it ahead of time too. In 15 minutes this seasoned beef will be done and you’ll want to eat a taco or nacho every single night.90007 90006 In case you do not want to already. 90007 90006 (If you do not, how are we friends?) 90007 90006 90021 90021 90007 90006 I grew up eating ground beef tacos almost every single week. 90007 90026 If you were a kid of the 90s, did these kind of tacos make their way on to your weekly menu? 90027 90006 My mom used the grocery store spice packets to season the beef and served them with both soft tortillas and hard shells, tons of lettuce, tomato and sour cream. Just like you’d think in the 90s.90007 90006 I loved them then. But now? 90007 90006 Those seasoning packets taste like straight cumin + salt. They are actually the reason I do not love cumin. I do not enjoy side dishes or meals that are heavily flavored with cumin. Because all I can taste is those old school tacos! Not into it at all. It may just be my weird taste buds, but the overwhelming cumin flavor and scent is permanently etched in my senses. 90007 90006 My control freak ways probably play a part in wanting to use my own seasoning blend.So there’s that. 90007 90006 90037 90037 90007 90006 I’ve been seasoning my own ground beef for tacos and enchiladas for years. Week in and week out, I do not measure a thing because I’ve been making them for so long that I can eyeball the spices and judge by tasting. I have a ground beef seasoning in these enchiladas and it’s how I do it for tacos too! 90007 90006 90043 90043 90007 90026 It’s the most basic recipe ever — another embarrassingly easy one! 90027 90006 But here’s the thing.In my family, there are two very distinct camps when it comes to ground beef. Some people like it to be saucy. You know? I think that with the old school seasoning packet, you’d fill it up with water or something and dump it in — and the seasoning would have a thickener already added. As a result, you’d end up with super saucy taco meat. That’s how we grew up eating it! 90007 90006 I’ve seen some recipes add tomato sauce or even a can of salsa. 90007 90006 These days, however, I prefer a slightly «drier» ground beef.I hate to even use the word dry because that is not exactly what I mean. It’s just not … saucy. It’s a seasoned, crumbled beef. It almost reminds me of a chorizo! 90007 90006 90055 90055 90007 90006 When I make these in our house, each dish can be a little different. The beef and the seasonings stay the same, but sometimes I add a diced sweet onion and bell pepper. That stretches the beef a bit and also makes it a bit juicier. I also use this exact same recipe with ground turkey. And often, I mixed ground beef and ground turkey to double it! 90007 90006 While it may not be authentic at all, it’s the way we love to eat ground beef tacos best! 90007 90026 It’s the perfect weeknight meal.90027 90006 This seasoned beef freezes well. It lasts a few days in the fridge. I absolutely LOVE it over taco salads. If I make this for dinner, I often use it up for lunch leftovers, throwing it on top of lettuce, some avocado, any extra pico and a few crumbled tortilla chips. Those are key. 90007 90006 And another reason that this non-saucy beef is so delicious? You can use lettuce leaves for it too. If it’s not overly saucy, that means it is not as heavy and will sit nicely in an iceberg or butter lettuce leave, leaving room for toppings.It’s incredible! 90007 90006 Finally, it’s also the beef that I use for nachos, any sort of quesadilla and to stuff those mini sweet peppers. Adore it. 90007 90006 90071 90071 90007 90006 With these weeknight chicken tacos being one of our most used recipes (and one of your favorites too!), I’ve wanted to share our beef version for a long time. Of course, if we ever have shredded pork or beef on hand, we love to make tacos with that too. Same with seafood, usually going with shrimp or cod.90007 90026 The recipe for ground beef tacos below is as basic as it gets. 90027 90006 It’s the simplest recipe for seasoned ground beef — just the beef and seasonings! You can sauté minced garlic, diced onion and bell pepper in the skillet before adding the beef if you wish. Make it your own. 90007 90006 These days, I’m more of a quick pico-and-cilantro person when it comes to toppings, and of course I’ll never pass up a little grated cheese. If I have pickled onions in the fridge, I love to throw those on top too! 90007 90006 And the truth is that I will NEVER tire of tacos.Never ever. 90007 90006 90085 90085 90007 90088 Weeknight Ground Beef Tacos 90089 90006 Yield: 4 90007 90006 Weeknight ground beef tacos that are anything like the 90s! If needed, you can add 1 teaspoon of olive oil (of your oil of preference). Once the skillet it hot, add the ground beef and break it apart with a wooden spoon. 90007 90096 90095 90006 Cook, stirring and breaking apart the beef often, until it begins to brown. Add in the cumin, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Stir well to disperse all the seasonings. Cook until the beef is just browned.90007 90096 90095 90006 I love the seasoned beef like this — it’s a personal preference. If you’d like it saucier, follow the directions below. You can also add in a tablespoon of beef or vegetable stock, or even tomato sauce, to make it saucier. 90007 90096 90095 90006 Serve the ground beef in tacos (warm corn or flour tortillas in the oven for a few minutes), on nachos or in salads. We like to top ours with a quick pico de gallo, fresh cilantro, white cheddar cheese, diced avocado and pickled onions.90007 90096 90095 90006 If you’d like to add peppers and onions: heat the skillet over medium heat and add 1 to 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Add in 1 diced onion, 1 diced bell pepper and a few minced garlic cloves with a pinch of salt. Toss well and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Proceed with browning the beef above! 90007 90096 90161 90006 For a saucier ground beef 90007 90140 90095 90006 I use a slurry to make my homemade ground beef saucy. Fill a shaker cup with ½ cup cold water or beef / vegetable stock.Add 1 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour, masa or whole wheat flour to the liquid and cover it. Shake for at least 30 seconds. With the skillet on low heat, slowly stream in the slurry while stirring with a wooden spoon. 90002 A couple of weeks ago I confessed on Twitter that I was making a recipe by Paula Deen, and even though this 90013 Stovetop Goulash with Macaroni, Tomatoes, and Ground Beef 90014 seems like a pretty light recipe for her, this delicious goulash was pure comfort food for me.90007
90002 The recipe starts with lean ground beef, onions, tomato sauce, and canned tomatoes, and then macaroni is simmered with the other ingredients for 30 minutes. Still, everyone needs comfort food once in a while, and since I’m currently sorting through and packing up twenty-five years of accumulated stuff in preparation for the move to my new house, I’m not going to be too hard on myself for enjoying it. 90007

90002 I remember my mom making this kind of dish, but mom’s goulash was never like this.It’s hard to say just what makes this recipe so lick-the-plate delicious, but Jake and I could not stop remarking on how good it was when we tested the recipe. I changed up the seasonings a little and also cut the recipe in half so I would not be able to overindulge too much! 90007

90037 Heat a little olive oil in a large non-stick pan and brown the ground beef until it’s well-done, about 6-7 minutes.90038
90037 Then push the beef over to the side of the pan and cook the onions until they start to brown, about 5 minutes more. Add the garlic and cook a couple minutes more. 90038
90037 Add the water, tomato sauce, canned tomatoes, Italian Herb Seasoning (affiliate link), bay leaves, soy sauce, garlic powder, Steak Seasoning (affiliate link), and salt and pepper to taste and let the mixture simmer covered about 10 minutes . 90038
90037 Add the macaroni, stir it into the sauce, cover the pan, and simmer on low for 30 minutes.90038
90037 Paula Deen says to let the mixture sit another 30 minutes before you eat it, but we only managed to make it about 10 minutes. 90038
90037 Serve hot, with a dollop of low-fat sour cream. 90038

90002 90013 Low-Carb Diet / Low-Glycemic Diet / South Beach Diet Suggestions: 90014 90057 I was thinking more about comfort food than I was about carb-conscious eating when I made this, and even though it’s mostly made of 90138 low-glycemic ingredients, simmering the macaroni in the tomato sauce mixture for 30 minutes means this recipe is probably best limited to Phase 3 for South Beach dieters, even with Dreamfields or whole wheat macaroni.This is not a low-carb dish, so it would be a definite splurge for low-carb diets, but you could make a more carb-conscious version by using more beef and less macaroni. 90007
